Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the Unco platform or purchasing any course. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Unco Global Merchants Limited.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Unco platform and purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course access and delivery

Upon successful payment, course materials will be delivered to the email address associated with your account. For Individual Online Access, materials are for your personal use only. For the Professional Virtual Programme, access details for live sessions will be sent separately. Corporate Onsite programmes are subject to a separate agreement confirmed at time of booking.

Payments and pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By completing a purchase, you authorise Unco to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Promo codes

Promo codes are valid for a limited time and may only be used once per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Unco reserves the right to cancel any order where a promo code is used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our course materials, we do not offer refunds once materials have been delivered. If you have not received your materials within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure on our part.

Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and resources provided by Unco are the intellectual property of Unco Global Merchants Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share course materials with any third party without our prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Unco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Unco's liability to you in connection with any order or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or course materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the bottom of this page whenever changes are made.
